Our Vision
Early Years Excellence
Our KEY INGREDIENTS for creating Early Years Excellence.
Quality above profit
That is why we chose to be a Community Interest Company. By re-investing over 2/3rd of any surplus we ensure we continue to improve the standards of teaching and resources for the children.
Beautiful Environment
Create a beautiful, inspiring and natural environment. Recognise the environment can be the third teacher and influence learning and emotion.
Diverse Resources
A diverse range of age appropriate, intriguing and creative resources to stimulate children’s development and imagination. We also have a mini bus for trips and beach/ forest school.
Experienced Team
We have built an exceptional team of Early Years Seniors – all highly qualified and experienced BUT most importantly they love their job and love children – it shows!!
Child Led Approach
Child led: Reggio inspired also including the best bits of other approaches and centred around delivering on key aspects of the EYFS
Local Experts
We work with various early years providers and specialists to bring added diversity for the children. For example, we host yoga, Kiddley Divey (music, puppets and story telling), sports and exercise groups, music and dance. Work with local Children Services team, hosting some of their groups at the setting and providing sign post information and support. We are experienced and work with a range of specialist Early Years support professionals if required.
Parent Partnerships
The involvement of the parents is so valuable for a child focused and personalised approach to your child’s development.
We work with parents on all transitions, provide workshops, stay and play sessions, early years resources, a school transition programme and regular updates on development and learning plans. We have an open door policy for all day to day questions or issues that can arise.
We use StoryPark to connect parents to their child’s activities, nursery news and bring you (and your wider family) on your child’s learning journey.
